About the shoe:
The AFEW x Asics Gel Lyte III™ "Beauty of imperfection CP 1/1" was created together with the community. The inspiration is found in the Wabi-Sabi Philosophy. This is also reflected in the tear-away Upper, which changes the Upper of the shoe. There is only 1 pair of shoes worldwide (size US 9), which comes together with a Special Box aka a Japanese tea table by Herschel Heck.
Event:
At the IG Live event we will share background & insides about the shoe and draw the winner of the AFEW x Asics Gel Lyte III™ "Beauty of imperfection CP 1/1".Besides that we will give you a first preview of our Upcoming Asics Collaborations. Multiple tickets per person can be purchased for the IG Live event.
Charity:
The project is from the community for the community. 100% of the proceeds go to the Förderverein Kinder- und Jugendhospiz Düsseldorf e.V. The Regenbogenland lives exclusively on donations.
The Regenbogenland Children's and Youth Hospice is a facility for children and young people who have only a limited life expectancy due to a life-shortening illness or a severe disability. The home also supports the parents and siblings who are accompanied during this time. Regenbogenland is intended to be like a second home for the families, where life and joy of living are the focus and the remaining time for family and child is shaped as positive and fulfilling as possible.

Über den Schuh:
Der AFEW x Asics Gel Lyte III™ "Beauty of imperfection CP 1/1" wurde zusammen mit der Community kreiert. Die Inspiration findet sich in der Wabi-Sabi Philosophy. Diese findet sich auch in dem tear-away Upper wieder, wodurch sich das Obermaterial des Schuhs verändert. Es gibt weltweit nur 1 Paar des Schuhes (Größe US 9), welcher zusammen mit einer Special Box aka einem Tee Tisch von Herschel Heck kommt.
Event:
Das Event wird ein IG Live Event sein, bei dem ihr noch mehr Hintergründe zu dem Schuh erfahrt. Neben der Ziehung des Gewinners, bekommt ihr außerdem ein erstes Preview auf unsere Upcoming Asics Collaborationen. Für das IG Live Event können mehrere Tickets pro Person gekauft werden.

Das Kinder- und Jugendhospiz Regenbogenland ist eine Einrichtung für Kinder und Jugendliche, die aufgrund einer lebensverkürzenden Erkrankung oder einer schweren Behinderung nur eine eingeschränkte Lebenserwartung haben. Das Haus unterstützt auch die Eltern und Geschwister, die in dieser Zeit begleitet werden. Das Regenbogenland soll für die Familien wie ein zweites Zuhause sein, bei dem Leben und Lebensfreude im Mittelpunkt stehen und die verbleibende Zeit für Familie und Kind möglichst positiv und erfüllt gestaltet wird.
